Review the benefits, price and billing period on the purchase screen before confirming. You can try the free features first and view the available VIP benefits in the app.
Cancel renewal
Manage or cancel renewal through Google Play subscriptions using the account you purchased with. Deleting the app or your VentMeet account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Access usually continues until the end of the paid period, subject to store terms and applicable law.
Request a refund
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, timing, country and circumstances. Within 48 hours, a refund may be available through Google Play; afterwards, contact us about the issue. A request does not guarantee approval. See Google Play's policy and how to request a refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Purchase problem
If your benefits are missing, check that you are using the correct account, then email ventchats@gmail.com with your Google Play order number and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or full card details.
