Our commitment
VentMeet, provided by Sami4Apps, prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, and any content or behaviour that puts children at such risk. These standards apply to all users and content on the service. For this policy, a child is anyone under 18.
Prohibited content and behaviour
Creating, posting, sharing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos and synthetic content, is prohibited. Grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking of children, and any attempt to facilitate or promote their sexual exploitation are also prohibited.
How to report a concern
Use the in-app option to report a conversation or user; you can also block the account. Alternatively, contact our child safety point of contact at ventchats@gmail.com with a brief description and information that helps identify the account or incident. Do not download, forward or attach abuse material to an email. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Handling reports
We review reports and take appropriate action under these standards and applicable law. When we become aware of child sexual abuse material on the service, we remove it or disable access and take action against offending accounts, which may include suspension. The service must not be used to facilitate or continue exploitation.
Legal compliance and cooperation
We comply with applicable child safety laws and report child sexual abuse and exploitation to the relevant regional or national authorities when legally required. We cooperate with authorised agencies and handle preservation and disclosure requests under applicable law while protecting the privacy of affected individuals.
