About this policy

Your account information
We use your account information, name and photo to sign you in and display your profile. When you link Google, we use basic information such as your name, email address and profile photo. We also use your friends list, friend requests, and block and mute settings to provide the features you choose. We do not ask for your Google password on this website.
Messages, photos and audio
We process the messages, photos, videos and audio you send to deliver them, track delivery and handle reports. The recipient can keep a copy of what you share, so avoid sharing sensitive information with strangers. Your connection is protected during data transfer, but conversations are not end-to-end encrypted.
Improving the app, ads and subscriptions
We use device information, app version, crash reports and feature usage to improve your experience, along with information needed for notifications and online status. Advertising services may use device identifiers, ad interactions and consent choices. We use purchase and subscription information to provide VIP benefits. Feature usage statistics do not include the content of your messages.
Service providers
We use Google and Firebase to operate the app, sign users in, store information, deliver notifications, serve ads and improve performance. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. See the Google privacy policy and RevenueCat privacy policy. Your information may be processed outside your country depending on where services are provided.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, and periodically remove some media, reports and inactive accounts. When you delete your account, we begin removing your profile, friend connections, conversations, messages, reports and associated files. Removal can take some time. This does not include copies saved by other people or purchase records held by the store. Read about account deletion.
Your choices and rights
You can manage photo, microphone and notification permissions on your device, and block or report users in the app. Contact support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information; we may need to verify account ownership. You can also delete your account on this website. Guest accounts that are not linked to Google must be managed in the app.
Child safety and updates
The service is not intended for children. Follow the age rating and requirements that apply in your country. See our child safety policy to report a safety concern. Updates to this policy will appear here with the revised date.
